Hello Dimitri,
I have never seen a child so driven. She told me immediately after the third heat and her elimination that there was a not a single trick with practice that she could not perform in time and better than the worlds best women. You may have a real future contender on your hands, only time will tell.
The next event is The Butterfly effect in July. There is talk of a World Junior Kiteboarding event on Kite beach in late August. Do you know anything about this, as we could not find out anymore than that.
Your kites got a lot of attention at the PKRA event. We had no idea you are so well known. Laurel Eastman mentioned the new brand several times and wished you the best. Several of the judges even came over to look at the kites, some of the competitors and spectators took a look at the kites. It even got so that we had to move the kites to the outside of the staging area so they could be seen. I heard from one of the announcer's that this was not the Dimitri show it was PKRA. This drew a huge laugh from all. We also received a copy of KITEWORLD magazine where you have a full page or two and the "These are the things I know", Wow!

In the end Kate made it through 3 heats, what an experience and even a life changer. She road both the 6 Renegade and the 9 Screamer.
